links pages

As I setup a small network of sites, I'm obviously trying to get some reciprocal links. I'm thinking about about how to structure the links pages though.

Would it be wise to setup a link directory script on my main domain and use that for all my links or should I have a link script on each domain? My domains so far are unrelated so I would image the answer would be links from each domain so they are relevant.

Call me lazy, but I just wanted to setup 1 link script.

Any thoughts?
