Seeing ad types I'm not being offered (Goooooogle at bottom)

Hi,

I see ad types on the internet that Google is not offering me, namely those with the Gooooogle at the bottom of the ad instead of the top.

Is this something they used to offer and no longer do, or am I missing something somewhere?

In other words, is it possible nowadays to get the Gooooogle at the bottom of the ad, and if so, how?
