Try domainsite.com. But just remember that you get what you pay for, and
registrars that charge less than $6 have little incentive to help you should
complex problems arise.

I get all my domains from www.Netrillium.com
They used to cost $7.50/domain, but now $8.50. To me this is cheap and they register their domains using Enom.
The bad part is that they take a few days to register the domain. You order it from them and they register it for you, unlike other places where you can just snag that domain right then and there. I think the main reason for this is that they are mainly a webhosting company. I've had one bad experience with them in registering a domain. There was one domain I really wanted and in the time it took them to register it, someone else got it before Netrillium could register it for me.
But still... They're reliable and I've been with them for hosting and the service is great. So I still support them by getting domains from them.. and because I can't find anywhere else that offers cheaper domains.

That's because they're a reseller for Enom. Unlike domain registrars like Enom
and Go Daddy, resellers don't have the direct connections (both literally and
figuratively) needed to register domain names immediately.
