AdSense Desktop.. THIEVES!!!! STAY AWAY!

I paid for AdSense Desktop over 2 weeks ago... still no registration key. I emailed them many times and no reply. Even the company that does the registrations (SWREG) has not been much help at all.. I have NUMEROUS open service tickets with these guys and NOTHING so far!

STAY AWAY FROM ADSENSE DESKTOP! :mad: :mad:

I am very disappointed to hear that they are handling their customers so poorly. From my understanding, the lead at the company was having some problems, but I don't know anything more than that.

By early next week, I will be offering the latest version of AdSense Buddy, a FREE stats program that should be able to give you what you are looking for.

Same here. Bought it, got a registration key, it recognized it and then "trial expired"??? I had emailed them twice, posted a support ticket, reponded to the support ticket twice, and ....

NOTHING.

Even before the "health issues" or whatever is causing the problem there these days, the support was a bit inconsistent and dicey.

But...the program is pretty good. I use it every day. It's my favorite of the existing programs in the genre.

AdsenseLog is pretty good, too.

And Revenue Checker for Adsense is decent...but, last time I checked, the author of that one was AWOL as well.

Someday, somebody is going to get us a killer app for Adsense stats analysis. I'm ready to pay for it.

No disrespect intended for Joel's effort...which he said was not intended to meet everyone's needs back when he introduced it.
