I decided to post in this forum in the hope that not only will I get an answer to my own particular question but the topic might expand to cover other issues relating to Wordtracker
My question.
I've been doing some research on a topic I am interested in using the trial version of Wordtracker.
Two of the keywords in the topic I'm following displayed the following:
.................KEI............Count......24hrs.. .....Competing
"term 1".....2424.720.....7441.......1458...........22835
"term 2".....1382.209.....7041.......1379...........35867
the third term in the search was also above 1000 and terms four and five were in excess of 400.
What I can't understand is this. Both KEI seem away over the top, (Wordtracker say: 'Good keywords to target have a KEI of between 10 - 100. These are good value bets and you have a good to medium chance of reaching the top. Between 100 - 400 are your best bets and anything above 400+ is a gift!
Am I missing something like are not enough searches to make it a paying proposition? Or is it as Wordtracker suggests a gift.
