I have two Adsense/Affiliate websites for sale. I bought these during Chuck Brown’s major house cleaning back in October, along with a few others. I haven’t had a moment of time to devote to these sites other than hosting them due to a new, time consuming job. Here they are:
1) Sheet Music Emporium
http://www.sheetmusicemporium.com/
PR4 - 86 Link partners in directory
MSN - "buy sheet music" (#6)
Also scores pretty well for "*specific artist* sheet music" on MSN and Yahoo for quite a few artists.
This site is currently set up as an affiliate site for SheetMusicPlus and MusicNotes and pulls commissions from both. There is also an Amazon “gift store” (I never even got around to changing to my affiliate ID!). I will also note that the affiliate reps from both SMP and MN are quite accessible, and the companies are quite active in keeping the banners updated and innovative. I have spoken to the MusicNotes affiliate manager, he is top notch.
There is also great Adsense potential for this site given the search activity for sheet music (Overture, Oct: sheet music – 146275). Overall a slick looking site for someone with more time than me.
Minimum Bid $250. Highest Bidder (Paypal) by 10PM EST Tomorrow night (Wed)
2) Play Crosswords Online
http://www.playcrosswordsonline.com/
What a great looking site. Unfortunately, same story, no time. Fully and tastefully Adsensed.
Right now it has 4 puzzles, There is a piece of software (around $75) used to create the puzzles. This is a sharp site and a great opportunity for the right person to develop. Crossword puzzle aficionados are avid and dedicated. This site could be built out with themed puzzles that attract and hold a steady clientele. And there is a lot of search action.
Overture, Oct - crossword puzzle – 174721
This is a new site with a PR 2 (next PR update should boost that). It has just 15 partners in the Links Directory.
It is pulling some front page results on MSN already for some very good keyword phrases. Google and Yahoo should be along shortly:
MSN - "play crosswords online" (#2...second only to the NY Times!)
MSN - "online celebrity crossword puzzles" (#2)
MSN - "play online crossword" (#2...second only to the NYT)
MSN - "play crossword games" (#6)
MSN - "play puzzles online" (#5) – Big Term
MSN - "crossword puzzles to play" (#5)
MSN - "crossword puzzles to play online" (#5)
MSN - "Play Crossword Puzzles online" (#1...NY Times eats my dust!)
Bidding starts at $300. Highest by 10PM EST Tomorrow (Wed) night (Paypal)
