I really doubt someone would sell a site for $50 when it earnt them $4000 the month prior. If your new to selling websites you can normally get around 12 x the monthly revenues of a site, so you really should be able to ask for around closer to $50,000 than $50... anyway thanks for the bogus offer - it is always entertaining to see people trying.

don't want to rain on anyones parade.... but chances are he paid for the articles to be written, or did them himself... then published them on his site....

and you will be buying a clone... of articles that will be labeled duplicate content once you setup site two or three... so unless you have a ton of other articles to ad to the site or plan to write some more, or love the design and will rewrite the articles ... it will be hard to get into the engines....

just looking out for the new-bies.


to see just how good google is go to an article site and find a page with a pr value... then copy a sentence and seach google for it....

In Britain it's not unusual for the average value of a company can be classed as 12x profit, that said with adsense your outgoings are like virtually nothing per site if you've invested in a reseller account/ dedicated server so not sure where you'd stand. But Mr Moderator why hasn't this post been deleted???
