I have a site and I am looking for Adsense placement suggestions before I actually place Adsense on the site.

What Adsense format do you think is best?
Where is the best place on the page to place Adsense?

perfect layout, just move the word Business down and pop a 300 x 200 or 336 x 280 right in, it will be directly on the target as far as the heatmap goes

put some adlinks in the left column and a skyscraper below your right menu
