I have an article directory at http://www.momarticles.com with a pagerank of 4 for sale. The site is averaging about 500 unique visitors each month and is set up for Adsense, which has been earning very minimal amounts at this point.
The site is using the free ArticleDashboard script, which can be obtained by visiting http://www.articledashboard.com/download.htm.
The site is receiving article submissions on a daily basis and that's without marketing it.
I'm accepting any reasonable offers.
