These guys are pretty good - free with option to upgrade.

I've only used the free service myself but the results were very good. I (they) got my press releases onto the front page of Google - usually within 10 days to a fortnight.

You'd might want to use these 3 free services. I don't think you need a paid service if you just want to drive traffic to your site.
