System Requirements: The ability to run a cron job is helpful but not mandatory. RSS feeds are updated via a cron job which is set-up to run every 24 hours. if you do not have the ability to run a cron job, feeds can easily be updated manually. If you have the ability to run a cron job and have cPanel, I can set this up for you.
To have search engine friendly urls, you must have the ability to use Apache's mod_rewrite module. If you do not have this installed the site will still be functional except that your URL's won't be rewritten.
