Description: WebsitePromotionHQ.net (http://www.websitepromotionhq.net/) is a self-updating resource for webmasters and site owners looking for ways to promote and market their site. This is a great site for someone to take over, promote in their signature and start earning revenue from ads and purchased links. The content is very interesting. I found myself getting lost in the articles while I was creating the site. You can add more to the site or leave it as is. If you never touch it again, it will continue to update until May 1st, 2008!

Features: Updates 2-8 times daily
Will update until May 1st, 2008

RSS feeds link to posts on the site and then from the post to the news article itself. This provides unique content and more content rich pages.
Ability to easily add as many rss feeds as you want to any category you want
Ability to search site
Edit all adsense code from the admin control panel
Built with Wordpress (http://wordpress.org) so changing styles is a breeze, SEO is very high, customization is super easy and adding content/categories takes seconds.
Great looking, very sleek
Cool "word count/estimated read time/read more..." feature

System Requirements: The ability to run a cron job is helpful but not mandatory. RSS feeds are updated via a cron job which is set-up to run every 24 hours. if you do not have the ability to run a cron job, feeds can easily be updated manually. If you have the ability to run a cron job and have cPanel, I can set this up for you.
To have search engine friendly urls, you must have the ability to use Apache's mod_rewrite module. If you do not have this installed the site will still be functional except that your URL's won't be rewritten.
PHP/MySQL installed
About 25 Mb of space

ok, i think its fixed now. Its hard to say definitively because im on a mac and will have to wait until i go back to work to check it again. if there are still issues please let me know.

it seemed to be a case of IE needing a "display: inline;" where all other browsers don't need it. drove me mad...

anyway, im doing ok now...
