I have a pretty specialized site that caters to the tech suave - Internet video broadcasting / streaming.

I have solid traffic with good search engine pull and linkage.

I just had a look at your site. Wow! Lot's of fascinating stuff. Way above my head... but truly fascinating!

The only comment I have regarding your AdSense integration is this...

The gray color of the Ad titles looked to me like it was a link I had already clicked. In fact, I wondered if I had clicked the links.

It might just all be on a subconscious level, but you might want to try a test with black Ad titles instead. And, maybe even try having the URL color be the same green as you have for your navigation links. It would tell me it was a link.

Plus, I'm pretty much a fan right now of having those AdLinks in the navigation instead of on the page. You could try moving the AdLinks at bottom right to top left, above/in the nav bar.
