I love dynamicdrive.. Fun stuff, and one or two useful things.. The ad itself is just an image that I did, cut into several peices and saved each as a transparent gif.. I think stuck the peices back together via table..

It's really pretty simple.. One downside with that ad display sys is that it can cause a slight (1-2 second lock) delay in browser till it drops..
