When do I get paid by Google?

Simple question.

I an Adsense newbie and I know that I should receive my very first payment soon (I went over the $100 threshold in July).

In my Adsense account control panel I can see my Earnings figures.

Will it give any indication of when a cheque has actually been sent to me?

Hi ukjim,

Normally I see payments get issued on the 22nd or 23rd of the month. I see this in MY ACCOUNT/ EARNINGS HISTORY.

At present, it shows "Payment in Progress" for me. After they have issued the cheque, the status changes to "Payment" and it is a link. Clicking on it reveals the payment details, including amount, date and payment number.

The first payment always seems to take the longest... ;)

Actually all my payments have been done between the 23 and the 29 of the month.

Aha - I've just checked my account today, and indeed I now have a Payment in progress.... message.

My first Adsense cheque winging its way to me, he says rubbing his hands together! :D

Besides being the 22 - 27 of the month, it is the month following the month you earned it.

ie. what you earned in July paid to you at end of August.

IMO sign up for the EFT instead of mailing you a check. The EFT arrives in my account the day Adsense says it is paid. The checks seem to take 4-5 days to get to me.
