Hi Everyone,

I build Niche sites for Adsense and usually release 2-3 sites each month of which I limit sales to only 25 for each site. Some of you may already be familiar with my work from other forums. My latest niche site release is on Infertility and I only have 5 of them left, so if you're quick you can pick one up for just $49!

These are quality sites built by hand in xSitePro but I also offer a html version for those who don't have xSitePro. I even include a matching WP theme so you can have a blog that matches!

You can see the complete details of the offer and a link to the sample site here: Sorry Offer is now closed!
Cheers,

Debbie

Looks good. I like the ad placement. With my own content I would like to use the best template.

Thanks for your compliments!

Also I know you hear people talk about duplicate content all the time, and while it is a concern most people don't realize that when Google looks at duplicate content, they look at the site as a whole and not just because it contains an article that's posted elsewhere as well. So when purchasing any kind of ready made Niche site, I always recommend people do add some more content and make a few changes so their site is a little different.

Think about it, if just having the same article that others do would penalize you with Google, then why would the Article Directory sites post Google ads? Also check the page rank of those article directories that have been around a while. They make money with those ads or they wouldn't continue the service.

A ready made site saves you some site building time, but should be a starting place, not the whole end result and this is where most people trip themselves up because they want the easy way out and don't make any changes to the site. But all things take some effort to get good results. This is why I build my sites manually instead of using a program to auto generate them, as those programs are easy for the search engines to pick up on, and often pull content that's not relevant to the niche topic and can get you in trouble with the search engines.

Cheers,

Debbie
