How to do this?

Came across this network of sites:

http://cellulartouch.com/ links to the other sites at the bottom.

Each site has lots of articles integrated using asp. Presumably this is all automatic, does anyone know what tools would be used to create an article/adsense site like this?

if i not mistaken, the addlik unit below the wording "Kuala Lumpur Resources:" are in violation of google adsense term. Anyone can confirm this?

It's a bit of Geo Targetting Script. For me it says "Canberra Resources".

Yes, they have labelled the ads with something other than "Advertisements" and "Sponsored Ads". And by using the Geo Targetting they are trying very hard to make it more localised and therefore aimed at the visitor to get their attention.

It would have to be a violation.
