Hey All,
I've got a couple of sites I need to sell asap to help cover an unexpected medical bill. Both sites are 2+ years old and get their traffic from natural search engine rankings and links on other sites. No paid traffic. They do not have to be sold as a package. I just didn't want to start two different threads.

Quick Stats: Earns about $275/month from a combo of Yahoo ad clicks, Amazon.com affiliate sales commissions, and commissions from a couple of individual airgun vendors.
Important: Google will not allow AdSense on this site because it deals with guns. I went round and round with them over this because they're freaking BB GUNS for crying out loud, not fully automatic AK-47s. Sheesh! But they wouldn't budge. That's California PC run amok for ya. So that's why I run Yahoo ads instead. So, if you cannot get a Yahoo Publishers Network account, this may not be the site for you.

Quick Stats: Earns about $165/month from AdSense and Yahoo ad clicks. There are affiliate links to vendors too, but the number of sales is almost negligible.
Important: While I do run both AdSense and Yahoo ads on various pages, obviously it can run 100% AdSense if you cannot get a Yahoo Publishers Network account. I'd be happy to switch it over to AdSense for the buyer at no charge.
Prices: I've sold sites before and 6-12 months earnings is the standard way of arriving at a price, especially for well established sites like these two. Having said that, I do not have BIN prices and am willing to entertain any serious offers. It's not good salesmanship, but the fact is I'm under the gun here time-wise. I have a medical bill that must be paid soon and insurance refused it unexpectedly. Make me an offer, but only if you have ready cash to pay for it immediately if I accept the offer.
Bonuses: I will host the sites for 3 months for free if you wish, and I will make all necessary coding changes to migrate the sites' AdSense, Yahoo, and affiliate codes to you for free.
