Carlo,
Your ad placement is too low. I had to scroll over half way down the screen just to see it.
If you move it up near the top it would do better. I clicked on "Goal Setting" and you ad is at the very bottom, not even within the content.
Try making it blend into your content and moving it up I bet you will get better results.

Putting your ad above "the fold" of your page will make a big difference :)

I believe that I saw 5 different Google ad blocks (including search). I think that you are using more then you are allowed.
I could be wrong but you may want to check

Your site is kind of a mess. I create all of my sites for 800x600. Yours is off the right side of my screen. There's also just tons of links for people to leave on. As far as I'm concerned, I try to make my sites so that every single darn link on the page somehow leads to either
a signup to my list
a direct sale
an affiliate sale
an Adsense click/search
Here's an example that Im going to ask people to critique.
It's a simple page, no big deal, just a nice article, 1 affiliate
product for advanced marketers in the top banner, 1 aff product
in the middle for entry level and mid level players, 3 adsense blocks,
and 1 adsense strip.
This page also comes AFTER I've gotten a signup to my list.

Have a look,

It looks like you've started following some of the advise given by others above. I like the use of the AdLinks where you have them, but I would caution against putting "Navigation:" in such close proximity. I'm thinking that Google's TOS prohibits placing things in such a way as to cause confusion.

I think it's quite a nice site - but maybe the problem from an Adsense point of view is that you have so many links out? With so many alternative exit methods your visitors must be statistically less likely to click on the ads?

You have received some excellent feedback from others in the forum already but no one has mentioned the fact that you are trying to be everything to everybody. Have you ever known that approach to be successful?
Maybe you could become more focused and have information about one large market instead of every market. Something like 'everything to do with sports'... or 'everything to do withg personal fitness'... or some other vast market where people can find commonality and a reason to click on AdSense relative to their search.
This is what is working for me.

Johnny,
I think everyone has an something about everything site around, you just dont want to have 5 of them :)
If you do it right you can have a something about everything site, just make sure other people build the content for you.
