The page www.madeforadsense.de (in german) gives a tutorial on how to implement adsense and uses some of the advices himself. Especially the "Toolbar" on the top looks very impressing!

3 problems...
1) The site is in German. That is a problem for me. I can't read German.
2) Made For Adsense? If I remember correctly it is against Google ToS to have a site that is "made for adsense". Not only is this site made for adsense it's even called itself that.
3) Pre-populated terms in the search boxes. Not just once but twice.

Definitely not someone you can trust... of course I haven't seen many "gurus" that you can trust, so no big surprise there...

To be honest guv' I think that anyone could bring together a site that looks like that one after a few hours.
Its a bit..... Well...... Just the same as anyone elses site?
Think the word expert is too strong here.

To be fair the word ''expert" hasn't been used. At least not in the post (it may have said it in German but I would have missed it).
But you are correct, it looks the same as anyone elses site. Though that's probably being a bit generous, it looks quite amateur actually.
If a complete newb stumbled upon the site and took it as gospel it would be a case of the blind leading the blind.
And the prepopulated search boxes are still there, even though the owner has come back and edited the post in this thread and would have read my comment about it being a violation.

hey,
yeah, you are right I am really just trying and not yet a professional. Therefore thx to you all for the friendly advices.
It's just that I really don't want to miss the $$$ from google just because my pages don't looke that professional. Somehow most visitors really don't car. E.g. on proana.tk I have a ctr of about 20% which is really not bad.
Nevertheless. I am willing to learn and do so nearly every day and with every step I take.
Good luck to you too

I do happen to read some German and Dutch too and I don't see much on that site that would keep people around at all. Not many people are going to be enticed into clicking on ads for that page but simply hit the back button from hence they came. Write some great original content about something you love and can be the "expert" on for your self and start earning some real money. Good luck...

I read German very well, in fact next to AdSense (which I'm not so good at) translation is my business. I'm still looking for a tutorial and where you mention your toolbar-

Are you sure your not just trying to attract a few buckshea clicks
Good luck anyway. If you want the site translated I'm your man ;-)

I happen to be German and was having a look at your site, deflo.
There's nothing exceptional on your site, you might even violate the TOS when you get a picky guy at Google and he reads your domain-name. You should as well add more content. The only thing you have is a starting page, 3 links (probably your own sites) and AdSense ads.
