Well, I was going to say you should just look at the website but it doesn't appear to be loading right now. However, I still had a copy of the newsletter post that Joel had sent out regarding the contest and it said the following:
On Wednesday, September 27th, I will be
announcing the winners on my blog, as well as in
my email newsletter. Winners will be selected
randomly from all entries submitted.
The email did not indicate what the date was that submissions had to be entered by so that might have to be referenced on the website.
