Anybody can tell me if I place AdBrite ads on the same page where I have AdSEnse ads? It is not very clear from AdSense policy.

Honestly I'd say you can, but when I asked the same thing on forums I had people tell me you can, others you can't.

I'm not talking about the space-selling of course, but their network ads, like you I suppose.

Now I've asked Google 2 times with several months in between, they told me no.
I've asked them for another network ads company doing about the exact same thing, they told me yes.

I said that on forums, some people said they received a YES from google for network ads, other said they received like me a no.

If you read the TOS they ban two things:
ads that looks like adsense
ads which are contextual

Adbrite doesn't look like adsense and is not contextual (you can see that their ads have nothing to do with your content, ok you have to TELL THEM what keywords your ad zone should be about, but even then their targeting sucks)

So what I ended up doing is using adbrite as alternative_url in my first adsense block.

If I'd never asked google about adbrite I would use them both and wait until I get a warning from them if ever.. that's what some people adviced me to do, but in fact AdBrite's targeting sucks so much that I prefer to give visitors only AdSense to see.

to use adbrite you need to disable the contextual ad part search a bit here. I'll look for you as well.

might also be something at webmasterworld, but then again they probably made it a paid section.

adbrite is not contextual at all, something contextual would be like amazon new Omakase Links or yahoo ad network, etc.

Adbrite needs you to input keywords for each adzone and then the targeting is really poor.

As I said I've asked adsense for something similar to adbrite network ads and they said yes. There's no reason for them to say no but they do, sometimes.

SO IF YOU WANT YOUR ANSWER, ASK ADSENSE DIRECTLY.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has noticed that.

Yes, you may place Adbrite with google ads as long as the adbrite ads doesn't mimic google ads and not contextual ads. Feel free to put'em together!
