confusion abt keywords generated between overture and Key elite

Hi,
i m still a newbie and would like to know the difference between keywords generated using overture and those frm keyword avalanche or keyword elite... is one of them better than the other ?

The important thing about keywords is if your site doesn't have a huge PR then you are going to find the competition huge, I know this from trying to sell insurance for years. So what you need to find is niche keyphrases that no one else has discovered. This is much easier than you may think.
