Thread submission links at top

I noticed the new thread submission links at the top (Search N Sniff, Digg, Reddit, Furl, Del.icio.us & Spurl) & was wondering if that's a hack for vBulletin, or something that was done manually...

If it's a hack, does anyone know if it's available for other forum scripts? If it's done manually, how would I go about adding it to my own forums?
