I have been trying to get my friend, Steve, into adsense as he has just been made redundant and needs some cash.
This is what he did on our Clarior Sandbox RSS Generator site (http://www.clarior.co.uk)

One thing:

I think you're not supposed to have the google ads under a table that says "Sponsors" - I recall reading another thread in this forum, saying that Google doesn't like it.

But apart from it, looking good...

These are the only two that are allowed I believe. I think I saw the same thread...I think they were saying that you can't say 'our sponsors' or 'sponsers ads'.
