I'm in a jam and don't know where to turn. Looking for some suggestions...

I have received an email stating that I've made a sale from IAT. My problem is, after making that sale, I can't log in to the affiliate center. I've logged in to check the amount of my commission as soon as I received the email, but after that, I can't get in. When I requested my username and password to be emailed to me, I am only sent the username with no password, and strangely, the username I received is different from the one I usually use.

I have replied to that email (InfoMedia Inc. [joel@worldvillage.com]). But have not received any reply. Is there a reason that I cannot access the affiliate center? I can't even log into to the help desk to contact support.

At the first incident where I couldn't log in, I clicked the "request password" button. The username assigned to me when I first signed up for the affiliate program was MsMartin1. The username sent to me when requested was MsMartin (no number "1" at the end),...and no password.

I replied to this email [joel@worldvillage.com] on Oct. 14, 2006.
A PM had been sent to Joel on Oct. 21, 2006.

Today I tried logging in to the help desk again, when requesting my password, I was emailed a password different from the original. But even with the 'new' username and password I still can't log in to the affiliate center or the help desk.

What actions should I take to re-gain access to the affiliate center as well as ensure that I receive my affiliate commission? Please advise. Thank you for your time and any suggestions you may have.

Has anyone ever had this problem? No suggestions or ideas why this may be occuring? I've received my IAT Packs... I'm sure the person who purchased from me has received their shipment as well. Please, if anyone has any recommendations I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

No... no answers or suggestions. I can't think of any other way to reach out for help. Any ideas?

I tried emailing Joel by responding to 2 different emails that I received from him from 2 different email addresses, but it's possible they are just autoresponders. I also tried sending Joel a PM through this forum. Do you know of another way I might be able to contact him?

Thanks for your response, Joel. I have tried submitting a ticket to the help desk, but as I mentioned, I can't log into the help desk either to submit a ticket. I would have to be logged in to have access to the support center. I've tried logging in with both my original username/password and the recent one I received not long ago.

Is there a way around this? Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

No, I haven't. I was hoping to get a response from my last post. I think it's great that Joel responded, but I can't contact support desk if I can't log in. I have tried making contact with 1ShoppingCart.com as well... still awaiting response.

Thanks for following up with me. I know this is all out of your hands, but I appreciate your concern.

Are you able to register a new name and then use that to make contact with the powers that be?

I have received a response from 1ShoppingCart.com. They have reset my account and issued a new username and password. I logged in 3 times today so it looks like the problem has been resolved. And yes, my affiliate sales are still there. :) Yey!

Once again, thank you.
