didn't read them all but of what I read, I thought some of the company responses were quite funny and his letters to Subway/Quiznos were just plain wrong LOL. there was definitely a guy with too much time on his hands.

Definitely too much time on his hands, but man I got a good laugh out of it. I bet he could have gotten a little bit more if he had crafted his letters a bit more subtly but got to give him credit for something pretty original!
