Inquiring minds want to know! I just signed up for Adbrite. Can I use it on a site with Adsense running?

According to Joel's book you can not use with Google Adsense.

if you look for a definitive answer you'll be like me never satisfied, well i asked adsense support and they told me no, but they said yes to others and i believe they should have answered me yes.
