Bidvertiser TOS

I'm playing with Bidvertiser (http://www.bidvertiser.com) ads on one of my sites.

Not sure if they're actually contextual or not. Can anyone confirm this?

What I am after though is the Terms of Service/Programme Policy/Terms & Conditions... I can't seem to find it anywhere (...well at least in the the most obvious places).

Anyone familiar with Bidvertiser and can point me in the right direction?

You can't find it when you're logged in. Had to go via the front page and do a couple of clicks.
