It seems adwords will dissapprove your ad if the landing page has adsense ads on it. Google says they are cracking down on arbitragers'.

well as far as I know it used to be okay by google, but I think it has always been a mixed reaction, depending who you talked to in google.

I had a friend who was banned by google for arbitrage, but that was a while ago.
