What did you do in the real work world?

What did you do in the real "work world" before you became so obsessed about earning money with Adsense? :D

I've worked as a:

Receptionist
Secretary
Administrative Asst.
Customer Service rep
Accts. Payable & Receivable
Daycare employee
Pharmacy technician
Factory work

I hated every single job I had, because I really needed to be my own boss and follow my passions. Of course, the jobs I've held in the past have given me the skills I use to earn my income now, so they weren't all bad I guess. :)

What did you do? Or if you're still out there, what do you do?

When I was a teenager I worked as a General Laborer for my father (he owns a construction business). Then I worked at Canadian Tire Financial Services in the Auto Club department doing everything from credit card stuff to roadside assistance.

I quite that job a short while ago and now work for myself full time as an internet marketer and web designer.
