How does one remove certain ads from their sites?
I am running a forum for the heart broken and divorced, and I keep getting these "find a cheating wife" ad. I tried to filter the ad or the url, but the ad still keeps popping up. Any advice?

Make sure you are filtering all the addresses. I've found that the display URL is not always the same as the URL it goes to. Right click the ad (right, NOT left) and select copy link location or whatever the item is on the IE side and then open notepad and paste the link. Look near the end to see what URL is actually active and block that. Then block the one that displays.

Then keep checking because these @#$%@#%$ers keep making MFA sites just to get your traffic and I find I have to block about every other day.[/FULL BLOWN RANT]
They will change one letter in their URL to sneak it by, too. Look for plurals etc

You know, that's actually funny.
Sorry, I find humour in all the wrong places.
Ideally Google should allow people to filter out more then just URL's. If Advertisers can pick keywords that they want then Publishers should be able to select keywords that they DON'T want.
I know someone who had a forum about beer and he got a lot of ads served about quitting drinking. It's the polar opposite of the problem that you have, but unfortunately it happens a hell of a lot.

Would be nice if Google could 100% tell that a site owner was viewing the ads, then there could be a simple link next to the add that you could click to ban them from appearing on your site. Would also help the "clicking on your own ads" problem. Any Google programmers reading this? Hint, Hint
