I'm not an AdWords user so I don't know what sort of reports AdWords users get.
What do they know about the AdSense sites that show their ads?
Do they know which specific sites their ads are shown on?
Do they know which sites send them actual buyers and which sites waste their advertising money?

Also, is there any way for we AdSense users to know what percentage of our ad clickers actually buy something?
Is there any way for us to know which of our pages or channels provide the most buyers?

Not from Google- only if they find their ads on a site some other way. I don't know of any way to search for that. The advertiser CAN block their ads from showing on specific sites, but they're on their own as far as figuring out what sites those are, unless they turn it off for all sites.

> Do they know which sites send them actual buyers and which sites waste their advertising money?

No- they can tell the overall conversion from content sites as a whole, but not site by site. But if their ad isn't converting, I would blame their ad & the content of their site, not yours.

No, but why should we care? What would we do with that data if we had it? We just display the ads- we are not conversion experts. Plus not all ads are intended to sell something- sometimes they are going for newsletter signups or just targeted visitors.

> Is there any way for us to know which of our pages or channels provide the most buyers?

No, but again, that's an issue for the advertisers.

You are overthinking this. Is there a way for Pepsi to know how much their sales increased from advertising on CSI? No. Do you think the network is concerned about that?
