7000 visitors - $500/month suggestions welcome!

I have two very different niche sites generating around 7000 unique visitors a month. Any suggestions on how to increase my traffic / clicks would be welcomed!

Hi Paul,

One thing I would suggest for your http://www.beyondlean.com site is to get rid of the background image: it makes your site really busy, and hard to read, so even though you have lots of visitors, they may leave before they see anything on your site.

Maybe you can put some of those graphics in your header, to keep with the theme of your site.

Just my 2 cents.
