AdLinks position and color

In order to keep this critique easy and simple I ask just 2 questions.

1. Do you think that the AdLinks should remain at the bottom part of the header section of each page (as they are when I posted this question) or do you think they should be at the top of the header (and hence top of the page)?
2. Do you think that the AdLinks color should be changed? If yes, then what to?

1. neither position, I would say. Top seems like it won't get clicks. where it is seems too "unrooted". It needs to be adjascent to something.

2. Yes. Make it blend in with the textual area's look and feel, I'd say.
