Keyword Elite vs. NicheBot2

Is anybody familiar with both of these and do they basically do the same
thing?

I have Keyword Elite (which I need to learn how to use). From reading the
manual and reading the sales page on Nichebot2, it sounds like they are
quite the same thing.

Are they? If not, which is better and why?
