Hi,
When the site opened I first noticed the smart dressed woman. I don't, however, see the relevance of this woman with the rest of the page, because it is the only supporting graphic (besides the logo) that is not an ad.
There is a clock being displayed in the status bar of my browser when I'm on your site. I don't think that's necessary. I already have a clock on my screen. It also hides the URL's I 'm about to click in the navigation column. As a habit, I never click a link if I can't see the URL that I'm going to go to.
I miss a sense of unity on the page. Your page design is somewhat unbalanced. The ads at the right (eBay and so on) to me stick out as a sore thumb, and I don't see what they have to do with the subject of the site.
No some positive things:
- I like the black text on white background, very readable.
- Links are clearly visible in underlined blue (but again, I can't see the destination URL, so I will not click them)
- an e-mail newsletter signup form on the homepage is good (even though I dislike the color of the two fields. I suggest changing 'Email ID' to 'E-mail address'. Most people don't call it their ID, it's just their e-mail address or even just 'E-mail'.
That's it for now, good luck with your site!
Erik

My recommendations for traffic and adsense clicks:
- good and unique content -> more links to your site
- more links to your site -> more visitors
- more visitors -> more adsense clicks

Just an observation, but all the links (menu) etc will - do cause a problem for IE users. Pop-ups are a no-no for several reasons, from accessibility to blocking.
Equally, if not more worrying is that clock on the bottom bar. Frankly, if I hoover a mouse over a link I want to see where it should take me, anything less and it seems you are trying to hide something.
Overall, as a typically paranoid net user I would take one look at this site and run away. Whch is exactly what I did. Sorry, but your site makes me nervous - especially given the link to Resume Rabbit is a rather dubious sounding 'tkqlche.com'
In it's favour ummm - sorry, there's no way I'd click on anything on this site to see further
