Hi,i just need some help here. My adwords account has been suspended by google and im getting confuse right now. I sent them email about 7 times but they don't response me at all.
The email i receive that tell my ads suspended was like this:
"You have repeatedly submitted ads
that violated our Site Quality guidelines in this or a related account.
As
a result, your account has been suspended and your ads will no longer
run
on Google. "
What should i do?? and what is repeatedly submitted ads? My ads already running for a long time and i don't make any change since 1 month ago. Really confusing.
Thanks for any advice

What were the ads. Repeatedly submitted just means that you have more than once submitted ads that violate TOS. Would help if we could see the ad copy.

my ads just about dating n software,i create the ad text like this:
{KeyWord:Online Dating}
How To Date Online?
Get Free Guide & Info Now!
{keyword:Mobile Software}
Download Free Software for your
Symbian, Smartphone or J2ME device.
{keyword:Mobile Software}
Top Website of Mobile Software.
Free to Download. Get Now!
Could you tell me where is my mistake??
I never made a change to this ad text for about 3 months
I dont repeated my ads and i think dating or software isn't against google TOS.
Thx

Adsense on a landing page for adwords isn't looked upon as favorably anymore with the arbitrage crackdown.

It could also be because you used the {keyword} syntax, so the keywords you've used will tend to be displayed in the ad, and they want clean ads text even if they show up for dirty words when user searches.
So if you use dirty words as keywords you shouldn't use the {keyword} syntax in your ad text.
As to how to fix the situation, I think you should have in the past read more closely why your ad text were being disabled and not simply go and submit them again without understanding why they had been disabled in the first place. Now it's a bit late if your account is blocked and google doesn't reply to your email. Believers will pray, but it's of no use in any situation.

A bit of hope: I believe adwords team might be less picky than adsense team about an individual opening a new account after being banned once, for understandable reasons.
So why not try to open another account, simply don't use the same email, probably not the same name but you don't care since you're not getting any check from adwords, you can use the same credit card, send funds and start a campaign for the same dating site, and keywords, but without using the {keyword} syntax in the ad text, adwords might leave you alone.
There's no guarantee, of course, but might be worth a try if adwords was earning you money, mind you there are other ad networks to try and cheaper.

Hi,
There are a number of possibilities. But it's hard to tell without seeing your site to assess landing page quality. However, saying 'Top' requires some validation on the site that it's a top site. And certain call to action phrases are also frowned upon.
Google have specifically referred to site quality. So it's likely you do have a problem with your landing page or whole site anyway.
You should post your web address here so people can look at it.
The best thing you can do is go step by step through their guidelines carefully and fix each problem as it comes up and then try again. Contact Google and ask them if they would review your ads and your site and reinstate your site. Remember to say please, be humble, and expect to wait a couple of weeks - at least.

Use your own common sense, I don't know, there's no definitive answer.
