Once I started rebuilding all of these pages per your book, I've been working my butt off for 16 - 18 hours a day!

Sure, I'm seeing instant results~

Yeah, I'm making more cash from my adwords campaign!

Page views are even looking North!

Site even looks better as a result!

BUT~

My family is not used to seeing me work anymore.

Wife is griping at me 'cause my husbandly duties have slacked off, 'cause I don't quit till I pass out from exhaustion.

Daughter is mad because she's not getting any attention. ( which means I don't pay attention when she wants the credit card ) :D

Grand-daughter is always hanging on my back wanting "PaPa" to play with her. :p

Shame is: I'm having a BLAST!

Just wanted to blame it on YOU!

I think once we see the potential of adsense and how Joel teaches us certain tips and tricks, we can't help but get obsessed! I keep thinking about more and more things to post on my web site, different ways to get more visitors, etc.

Can't stop working on my sites to get more adsense revenue!

Thanks!

Um... I'm not sure how to respond to this. hmmm... thanks? I think? ;-)

Money isn't the name of the game. If you have family that loves you, you are already wealthy. Go spend time with them.. there is always time to build web pages later.

Perhaps you can persuade your daughter to build some web pages for a bit of income for herself...?

I've never let anyone touch my site in 7, almost 8 years!

Everything is kosher now! I took most of the weekend off and we volunteered at the Astrodome with the displaced Katrina folks.

Was very eye opening.

Back to my optomization ---> :D
