Seems like a great article for anyone starting off using adsense. I think you can include a section on how some people make a lot of money by putting the ads at the very top and aggressive way of placing your adsense.

Some people will layer 3 rows of adlinks at the very top of the page, so people see it as the navigation bar.

I also think images tend not to work, but I could be wrong on that, maybe on some sites that work, but not on mine!
