Assuming you meant http://dynamiccreators.com/ , try moving your adsense to the top of the page. Also, perhaps a larger ad unit, like a leaderboard.

I assume that you've now moved adsense above the fold since the original post.

You have a "Our Services" block in the top right. rather than use a horizontal banner below that I would suggest using something that was a bit squarer and matched both the colour and the shape of the "Our Services" block. If you were to use a links block then it would blend in very well (maybe too well?).

I would also include a horizontal block of ads at the botom of the page. Either just above or just below your navigation links. That way anyone who is at the bottom of the page won't have to scroll all the way back up to click.
