Most of these suggestions may or may not be valid depending upon your own site's layout etc. Number 6 bugs me...it implies that monetization is the main purpose of a site and not the content or the help/info that it gives visitors. I find this increasingly appalling as more and more sites follow this model :mad:

k. so we have all done it but WHY does everyone still make their first adsense site about mesothelioma? If you do this to chase the $20 click then go ahead and carry on, waste your time as you will leave me with less competition in my keyword market. Keep up the good work...not
As in if you are new to adsense DO NOT build a site around mesothelioma the only money you will deal with is the money you have wasted your time on in building a your site. Pick a subject you love or are familiar with and write about that, keep it updated and people will keep coming back.
