Hi Guys
I appreciate some advice.
To now I’ve been involved with information sites carrying Adsense ads and I am making a few dollars from that.
Four-five weeks back I decided to have a go at affiliate marketing, especially Clickbank as it seems to be the easiest one to start with. I put a review site together with about twenty reviews and I’ve started to promote one product at a time via adwords. My reasoning is simple: I let the ad run until I’ve amassed 200 clicks, or the spend outstrips the amount of commission I would earn on that product. It is not easy task, is it? The script that Markp-r give me for book-marking seems to have brought a number of people back to the site - thanks.
I’ve had a few sales but nothing to write home about – about half of them came from products I wasn’t actively promoting. I’m prepared to stick with this type of promotion for the moment, even though it is not showing a profit, and put the loss down to education/learning/experience, but it is a business and I've also set a time limit and budget.
Anyway the product I’m promoting at the moment, and to a less extent my last one, seems to be bringing the visitors but no sales so I was wondering if some kind marketer would point their browser in the direction of Worldwide Infomedia Services (http://www.worldwide-infomedia-services.com) and tell me what you think of the site; any suggestions they may have for improving it will of course be welcome.
Feel free to direct me to similar review sites/resources that I may best understand how the professionals do the business.
Many thanks
Kevin.
