How can I improve my blog?

Please Critique my site http://www.VincentRich.com. I have 1 leaderboard at the top. I get about $20-$30 from this blog in AdSense income per month?

Thoughts:

1) Add more units. Possibly in the right hand column, but also in the body.

2) Pick a banner size that actually fits your layout. In Firefox at least, it currently disappears below the right-hand column.

3) For the love of god, PLEASE consider losing that floaty thingy!

What's your screen size? I use Firefox on a 1024 pixel screen and it looks fine.

Ahhh, I see. You are using variable width for your main column. I suggest that you set your minimum size to the width of that ad unit.
I run at 1024x768, but I hate using maximized windows. It is really a good idea to design for 800x600 because many users are still at that dimension, and if it looks OK at that size, it should still look OK at higher resolutions.

It works for 800x600 and above... or maybe not... i forgot i added a leaderboard that measure 728 pixels...
