Thread Not Showing Up In The Posted Forum

I was just now going over some of my threads that I've started and I noticed a thread I put here in this forum (Feedback and Ideas) doesn't show up anymore when going to the section. I can view all the threads I've started within my profile and I can link to the thread too, but if I go to the section of the post, it doesn't show up.

The thread in question is
Volunteers To Help With Pricing Registrars (http://www.adsensechat.com/showthread.php?t=7992)

I haven't checked my other threads as of yet, but I will.

Does anyone know why this has happened?

I clicked on the thread and could see it.

And the sub-forum http://www.adsensechat.com/forumdisplay.php?f=11 I can see it. The sixth thread from the top.

That's weird.... You're posting/replying in the same forum/section as where the post is suppose to be, and when I clicked on the link at the top of the page, Feedback and Ideas, there are only 4 threads there in that section, one of them being a "sticky".

To help pinpoint this, I would appreciate if others can comment on how many threads they see in this section.

Scroll down to "Thread Display Options" and you'll see "Default Thread Age Cut Off".

What do you have it set on?

Best if you set it to "Show all threads".

Thanks Reprobate.:) That was the problem. I now have 3 pages full of threads.

What is the default age here on this forum for threads/posts cutoff time?

I think it's probably one month. The thread you had trouble seeing was a couple of days over a month old so that's probably it.

The default would be better off being "Show all threads". That way new people can see that the forum has been around longer than a month :)

I agree. As a matter of fact, since I've set it, the forum does look like it's been around longer than 1 month. I see more threads. Good point.
