I was approved to blog at Worldvillage! [Thanks Joel]

After logging in, I was able to submit my Adsense PubID# - upload a photo of myself, and write both a long and short biography of myself!

What a great idea. It's funny ... that this is al happening because I actually had the same idea a few months ago, I actually bought the domain name www.erBio.com

The idea was to create an online blogging community, were anyone could have their own subdomain off of erbio.com ..and a free blog that they could edit completely... just as long as the adsense ads were kept on the pages. I wanted to create an uneditable frame that displayed the adsense ads...

This never happened because I barely know PHP [but i mess with it every now and then] but i have two people working on it right now, but they do it whenever they feel like it. At this point it doesnt look like it is going to be created by them.

I then searched google for blogging scripts.. i found two good ones that would do exactly what i wanted but they both costed something.

I found host-press - www.host-press.com but didnt go with them, I found another [cheaper] \stupid me\ version and went with it.

if anyone who reads this is interested in helping me create a blog script ...that i can use on erbio.com = as a blogging community, i would gladly place your PUBID for adsense in it and we'd both make 50/50 profit from it...

if you are at all interested, you can email me: paulhubert@gmail.com

Thanks!

and by the way Joel, In the email, when it said that i was approved, towards the end is says this:

"Do you have any further questions? If so, please send email to joel.com. We look forward to a prosperous blogging relationship with you!"

I didnt think that Joel.com was yours... but i thought that it was just some temporary name... so im just letting you know just incase it's a mistake... :)

Until next time...

Paul

Take a look at http://www.bloghoster.net/, Paul. No need to have somebody code this for you.

How interesting! I have been aware of the site for years, but more as a resource for the kids. Needless to say I've applied to become a contributing member. :)
