Is this a blog? ...and if so, what format? (i.e. wordpress, etc.) --- wonder, due to hosting and/or moving to another host.
Thanks

CMS - Content Management System. You can run and managed almost eveything within web browser.

I am selling an Adsense-related site as well. It's a PR4 and has been around for some time now. I'm busy with other sites and don't have time to keep up with it. It's never been optimized or targeted toward any keywords in particular. For that reason, traffic is fairly low. It's been neglected for a few months.
You are welcome to the content, logo, and domain name. It has 141 reciprocal links already in place. If you are able to maintain them, there's no reason to lose them. If you have Reciprocal Manager (v3), i can do an export and you can just dump them into your directory. It's got well over 225 pages of content, including Adsense-related articles.
I am only willing to keep hosting it until you are able to transfer it away to another host.
The price is $200. It goes to the first person who puts the money in my hand.
Here are a couple of random first-page rankings in the SERPS:
Yahoo - #2 for "adsense tracking tools"
MSN - #10 for "free adsense tips"
Here's the site: http://adsense-tools.com/
So if you have a hankering to build an Adsense site of your own and can see the wisdom of skipping the Sandbox stage and starting with some existing content already indexed...let me know.

Domain Name: HONOLULU-CITY.COM
Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS, INC.
Whois Server: whois.wildwestdomains.com
Referral URL: http://www.wildwestdomains.com

Name Server: NS2.BLUEHOST.COM
Status: ACTIVE
Updated Date: 16-sep-2005

So, domain registered nearly a whole month ago. Why would you build a site and want to sell it immediately?

Do you have any other sites for sell? Please let me know.
In fact, I do have a couple others, yes. I will put them in separate posts, for simplicity's sake.
And, let me be clear...neither of these are directly related to Adsense. But they are built to bring in income thru Adsense...if they are properly optimized and promoted...and frankly, I'm just busy with my other sites at this point, and it makes no sense for me to hang on to these when I can't give them the necessary time.
The first site is: http://Linkalicious.com
It's a PR4...it was built to be a place for helping potential link partners to find each other. It was built around the Reciprocal Manager script as the main feature...and it had a bunch of people on it (not a BUNCH...maybe 150...but about a third of those were my own sites). Anyway...the script ran into problems (probably just a corrupt file), and I just didn't want to hassle with fixing it, because I was just too busy to mess with it. So I notified everyone to remove their links.
So...what do you get?
There's a Flash header that I had customized for the site. It is keyed on a text file which allows you to name the buttons and the target pages. The rest is locked inside a simple Flash .swf file.
It's got about 300 pages on the site. Outside the few primary content pages, most are syndicated articles related in some way to exchanging links. So you get the header, the content, the domain name...and my best wishes. :D
Because the main mechanism of the site is not really included (a reciprocal manager license...or link partners preinstalled), I'm only asking $150 for this one.

This site is a little more fully developed...but has still suffered neglect. I got distracted after I built it and never really put the time into it. But I think it's got a good heart. :p
It's designed for folks who are just getting started with web site building. And it has some rankings along those lines:
MSN - #5 for "web site building"
MSN - #7 for "build web site"
MSN - #4 for "making money online with porn" (that's not a topic on the site...LOL!)
MSN - #2 for "web site tools"
It's a PR4 with 147 reciprocal links already in place in the Links Directory...and Google lists 211 backlinks (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=link%3Atoolsforwebpros.com).
It's also got a customized flash header (just in .swf format...can't be edited further). I like it as it is, though. :o
In addition to the original content pages which formed the main body of the site, it's got 1330 content pages (a bunch of syndicated stuff).
It's always shown good CTR when people actually see it...but it just hasn't had enough eyeballs. It needs some fresh vision, optimization for some better key phrases, more links and traffic.
Anyway...this one has quite a bit on it...so it's available for $300.
Oh...almost submitted this without the site URL:
http://toolsforwebpros.com/
First come (with cash in hand!), first served...I don't want to get into a bidding war with these. I can't say "free to a good home"...but I am selling them pretty stinkin' cheap, I think...hopefully to someone who'll be a better parent than I've been! :(

This site (ToolsForWebPros.com) is in the process of being purchased.
The only one I have left for sale is Linkalicious.com (http://linkalicious.com).
The site is largely disabled...but there are still hundred of articles, which you can access here (http://www.linkalicious.com/articles/).
The sale price is $150. Refer to the earlier post for more info.
And let me know if you have any questions.

Jon and CB Malley, I think you're missing what's written there.
He wasn't very clear in explaining it...but he is selling http://adsensereview.com/

P.S. - And for those who have been inquiring...no, I don't intend to sell any more sites soon. I do build with the intent of making things work long-term. But these sites just slipped between the cracks for me. I believe the new owners will have great success with all three!

You should have put those sites on linkadge or similar.
If you've got any more sites that "slipping between the cracks" please let me know - I will glady take any pr4 sites off your hands.

Not nuts, no. I just wanted to hand them off to someone...I don't build sites to sell them, and I wasn't looking for some big score. I have other, more important things to do with my time than to hassle with selling them.
I do like LinkAdage, though. I have used it with some frequency. A good resource.

In reviewing the state of my "webmastery" (?), I have decided to continue to play to my strengths, narrow my focus and part with two more of my sites.
I am going to handle this a bit differently than last time (since migumbo said I was NUTS for selling the others so cheap). I will sell to the highest bidder by Sunday at 10pm ET. I don't have any bidding mechanism set up or anything. But I don't suspect there will be ALL that many people interested in each one...so you can just contact me directly via private message if you're interested. I won't sell either site for less than $300...but, beyond that, it's just up to the interested parties to decide for themselves what they are worth to them.
Here are the two sites:
Readers Choice Audio Books
http://readerschoiceaudiobooks.com/
This site is a PR5, with 149 link partners in the Links directory.
Some search rankings:
"audio books" - #15 (MSN), "download audio books" - #3 (MSN), #8 (Yahoo)
The site also gets a fair percentage of its hits from Google for specific book titles. It's pulled as high as an average of 300 uniques per day in the past...currently a little over 100. I haven't been giving it much attention recently.
The site is currently built on a script that works with the Audible.com affiliate program. It has to be manually refreshed from time-to-time to keep the latest titles displayed...but it's largely an unmanned process that's done in two stages (one stage downloads a data file and then auto-generates over 20,000 pages...and the other is just the time for you to upload the pages to the site). The process takes a few hours...but not much of your attention. It can be done whenever you want. The only requirement would be for you to be accepted as an affiliate with Audible.com (admin'd thru Commission Junction). Or...you could convert it to a different model of some sort. Currently, I don't even have Adsense on it. Even with the reduced traffic, this site still makes sales every day or two. The per-sale commission isn't that high...but I think I made maybe $300 one month with it (although don't hold me to it...I can't remember exactly).
Natural Weight Loss Info
http://naturalweightlossinfo.com/
This site is a PR4. It currently has 32 link partners in its directory, as well as some very impressive rankings:
"appetite suppressant" - #7 (MSN)
"natural appetite suppressant" - #1 (MSN)
"hoodia weight loss info" - #4 (MSN)
"natural appetite control" - #9 (MSN)
"natural weight loss" - #1 (MSN)
This is a simple affiliate site. I've done nothing about beefing up content, and little about acquiring links (there was a hitch in my reciprocal script for awhile, and I missed a lot of potential link partners). The cool thing is that the product pays nice commissions...between $15 and $30 per sale, in my experience. I've made a few hundred dollars with it over the past several months. And again...I haven't got any Adsense on here at all, which would be another way of going about it. You'd have to join the affiliate program for the seller, I guess, if you wanted to do it the way I did it.
So, that's it. Highest bidder by Sunday 10pm Eastern.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for your interest.

One almost slipped between the cracks. :o
Here's another one for sale. This one's a little different. This one was built with one of the Clickbank scripts out there. As you may know, Clickbank is a vast resource for selling info-products and software. But...their site is not searchable. Maybe it is now...I haven't been there lately. But that's why the Clickbank search scripts were developed.
Anyway...basically, I'm just selling the domain name...because I don't think I have the rights to sell the script. There are plenty of the scripts out there, if you should want to do the same thing I did with it. Most are under $50, I think.
The site is a PR4.
Knowledge Detective
http://knowledgedetective.com/
It has 86 link partners in the directory. No reason to lose them if you don't want to.
The nice thing is that the name is pretty wide open. You could use it for pretty much any kind of content site you wanted.
Because this one isn't about search engine position, etc...and because I am not selling the script with it...the bidding for this one starts at just $200. Same deal as the previous two. Best price by 10pm Eastern on Sunday gets it.
Thanks for your interest.

Happy bidding... :p

LOL...looks like Google must have updated the PR yesterday. It was a 4 when I started composing the post...that's all I know. But, you're right...a PR6 (which I see now as well) is a beautiful thing!
But...I'm not going to adjust the base offer. It's still available starting at a minimum of $300. We'll just start calling this place Crazy Chuck's Bargain Barn!
I already have qualifying offers or better on both the audiobook and weight loss sites. Nothing yet on the info-products site.
Deadline is still 10pm Eastern. I'll be around this evening (building ANOTHER site, of course...!) in case anyone has any questions.

Readers Choice Audio Books sold last night.
I believe that Natural Weight Loss Info also has a buyer, but am waiting to hear back.
No bids so far on KnowledgeDetective.com. If anyone is interested in a PR4 domain with some link partners that you can hang on to if you handle it the right way, make me an offer. I might not accept it, but I won't be insulted.
And I've decided to sell some more sites. However, I'll do that in a separate thread here. This one is getting pretty long. The new sites should be posted in the next day or two...as soon as I can find the time.
Again, thanks to everyone for your interest.
