Exclamation Is it true that Google will penalize me for doing PayPerPost ads on my blog?

That's my question in the title there

I have been doing 2 or 3 payperpost ads per day with my own non-paid posts in between. Yesterday though, a colleague told me that I may have my PR decreased OR get banned because as a parenting/personal blog I have too many irrelevant OUTbound links. Is that true??

Can i not link to whatever tickles my fancy?? For each paid post i do, i do one regular post so i'm certainly adding A LOT of content each day...

I LOVE the $30/day I'm making but if PPP will get me banned...

Here is my blog so you can check out what i mean:
www.happymommynews.com/HappyMommyThoughts

What ARE the outbound linking rules???
Thanks

I'd say don't worry too much about it. I also read about this on forums but one should know that forums are easy to get scared and share the scare between themselves : they play at scaring each one another.
